Duke's English Rose aka Abbey is a 2005 Shire Mare. Abbey is the granddaughter of Earnshaw Ideal a well-known Grand Champion Shire Stallion who died too young. Abbey is 17'2 plus hands and growing. Both of Abbey's parents are 18 plus hands so we expect Abbey to reach that height also. Abbey has the sweet laid-back personality that drafts are known for. Abbey was broke to saddle last spring with no problems at all. She takes everything in stride. This cross is going to be a fantastic foal - personality, size, movement, conformation, she will have it all!
